Explore three different types of meditation practices: Moment-to-moment investigation of the mind-body experiences through calm focused attention; Enhance harmony and steadiness of mind through a walking meditation within the company of others; and practicing Loving Kindness, a wise and kind way to treat yourself.  Please bring either a yoga mat or small blanket with for this session.
